When you purchase a Sangisound music license, you are purchasing the right to use the selected track under the terms of the license you have chosen. You are not purchasing ownership of the music.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

After your payment has been confirmed, your order will be reviewed and you will receive:

• The selected track in high-quality WAV format
• The selected track in MP3 format
• A personalized PDF License Certificate confirming your right to use the track
• Your license document will include the track title, license type, customer details, purchase date and order reference

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Your audio files and personalized license documentation will be prepared after your purchase and sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure that the track selected on this page is correctly indicated in the Notes field during checkout, as this information will be used to prepare your license.

NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSING

Creator, Commercial and Professional licenses are non-exclusive. This means that other customers may also purchase a license to use the same Sangisound track.

The music and its copyright remain the property of the respective rights holder. Purchasing a license gives you permission to use the selected track only within the rights and conditions of the license purchased.

IMPORTANT

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership or copyright of the music to you. You may not resell, redistribute or claim the track as your own, sublicense it, register it as your own work, or place the original Sangisound recording into your own Content ID system.

For uses requiring special rights, exclusivity, major advertising campaigns, film, television or other requirements not covered by the standard licenses, please contact Sangisound before purchasing.
